Beef Pepper Rice Bowls

Ingredients

  • 1 medium onion, diced

  • 1 green bell pepper, diced

  • 1 red bell pepper, diced

  • 1 jalapeno, diced

  • 1 pound ground beef

  • 1/2 cup coco aminos

  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 2 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1.5 c rice

  • 3 c chicken broth to cook rice

  • 2 tbl butter

Prep

dice all veggies

Directions

  1. Melt butter in saute pan

  2. Add onion, green bell pepper, red bell pepper, and jalapeno and cook for 5 minutes. Add ground beef.

  3. Cook until ground beef is fully cooked and vegetables are tender.

  4. Drain and return to pan.

  5. Add soy sauce and seasonings. Mix until well combined.

  6. Serve with cooked rice
