Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients

Single:

• 1/2 cup sugar

• 2/3 cup flour

• 1/2 tsp salt

• 5 tbl cocoa

• 4 cup milk

• 5 tbl butter

• 2 tsp vanilla

Double:

• 2 1/4 cup sugar

• 1 cup flour

• 3/4 tsp salt

• 10 tbl cocoa

• 6 cup milk

• 8 tbl butter

• 3 tsp (1tbl) vanilla

None

Directions

Mix dry ingredients then add milk. Bring to a boil and remove. Add butter and vanilla. Stir. It is important to stir constantly and break up dry clusters.
