Sweet Potato Casserole

Ingredients

• 4 c sweet potatoes

• 1/2 c sugar

• 2 eggs, beaten

• 1/2 tsp salt

• 4 Tbsp softened butter

• 1/2 c milk

• 1/2 tsp vanilla

• 1/2 c packed brown sugar

• 1/3 c flour

• 3 Tbsp softened butter

• 1/2 c chopped pecans

Prep

Preheat oven to 325. Grease 9x13 pan.

Directions

Mast potatoes, sugar, eggs, salt, 4 Tbsp butter, milk and vanilla. Mix until smooth, Transfer to a 9x13 pan. Mix brown sugar, flour; cut in 3 Tbsp butter until coarse. Add pecans and sprinkle over potato mixture. Bake for 30 minutes until lightly brown
